2. Service Description

WEXON provides a non-KYC virtual crypto card service that allows users to convert cryptocurrency (SOL, SOL USDC, or x402) into spendable virtual cards accepted worldwide via the Mastercard network. Card delivery is instant, typically within 60 seconds.

3. Eligibility

To use WEXON, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where crypto card services are prohibited
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

4. Non-KYC Service

WEXON operates as a non-KYC service. We do not collect personal identification information. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Card Usage

Virtual cards issued through WEXON:

  • Are single-use, non-reloadable cards
  • Can be used at 180+ countries with Mastercard acceptance
  • Contain the exact crypto amount converted at time of purchase
  • Are delivered digitally within 60 seconds
  • Cannot be used for illegal activities

6. Fees and Pricing

Card values range from $5 to $10,000. Transaction fees and exchange rates are displayed before purchase confirmation. All fees are final and non-refundable once the card is issued.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your crypto wallet
  • Ensuring transaction accuracy before confirmation
  • Using cards only for legal purposes
  • Keeping card details secure once received

8. Non-Custodial Service

WEXON is a non-custodial service. You retain full control of your cryptocurrency until the moment of card purchase. We never hold your private keys or have access to your funds beyond the transaction amount.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the instant, on-chain nature of our service, all transactions are final. Once a card is issued and delivered, refunds cannot be processed. Please verify all details before confirming your purchase.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, WEXON does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience blockchain network delays that temporarily affect service availability.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not use WEXON for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Purchasing illegal goods or services
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

12. Limitation of Liability

WEXON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from blockchain network issues, exchange rate fluctuations, or merchant acceptance of the virtual cards.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
